LOW MAINTENANCE FALL BLOOMING PERENNIALS

Monday, October 13th, 6pm-8pm
Join horticulturist, Stacey for a look at some of the best fall blooming perennials for our Michigan gardens.

FALL GARDEN MAINTENANCE BASICS
Saturday, November 8th, 10am-noon
Join Dinah for a morning of welcoming fall back to the Children's Garden. Discover easy ways to get through the fall maintenance and why it is necessary in the garden. Dress for the weather and bring friends, the more the merrier.
Cost: $5 donation

HOLIDAY DECORATIONS FROM THE GARDEN
.Saturday, November 22nd, 10am-noon Join Stacey the horticulturist in a nice walk to find garden treasures for you home holiday decorations whether your holidays of choice revolve around Christmas or another Holiday. We'll get creative and use lots of natural finds, a glue gun and anything incorporated from home. Bring favorite candles, old broken trinkets, ribbons, dishes and anything else scavenged to make a table centerpiece and more.

CEMENT SCULPTURE FOR GARDENERS
.Saturday, December 13th 10am-noon in the Horticulture Training Center greenhouse (for directions see link on Contact Us page) Learn how to mix cement for garden projects and what kinds of things can be done with cement for the garden. Participate in making a cement sculpture of your own to take home. Pieces will need to be picked up in the greenhouse the following week in order for cement to properly dry.
Cost: $25
